Experience a holistic journey of healing and connection in Anna's *Integrative Yoga* session, where ancient wisdom meets modern techniques to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. Drawing from the rich traditions of Scaravelli-inspired yoga, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Qi Gong, Anna creates a space that allows you to deeply reconnect with yourself.

In each session, you will be guided to move with mindfulness, gently exploring your body’s natural flow while cultivating a profound sense of lightness and ease. Anna’s compassionate approach invites you to be fully present, feeling every sensation in your body as you connect with the healing power of your breath. 

As the class unfolds, you will be guided through breathwork to help balance your energy and soothe the nervous system. This transformative experience culminates in a peaceful *sound healing* session, where the soothing vibrations of gongs and singing bowls harmonize your entire being, leaving you feeling renewed and aligned.

Suitable for ALL Levels and those looking to release stress, muscular tension and find more balance.
