Learn the foundation yoga postures with proper alignment, guided by Jocelyn, a passionate yoga teacher & sound healer and discover how to move safely with confidence, and experience the power of breath to calm the mind and energise the body. The session will conclude with a guided meditation and a soothing sound bath, allowing you to fully relax and integrate the practice.

No prior experience or flexibility required—just come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and empowered to continue your yoga journey.

What to Expect:
