Each session begins with grounding breathwork and soft humming to calm the nervous system, center your awareness, and prepare your body for gentle movement. The class concludes with a deeply restorative 15-minute sound bath — allowing you to fully unwind, surrender to the earth, and rest in a state of profound relaxation.
