In honour of International Yoga Day, we gather to celebrate a practice that transcends borders. We invite you to journey inward, through breath, movement, and sound, to honour the light within.

Join us for a heartful and grounding experience: 108 Sun Salutations, a powerful moving meditation, followed by a deeply restorative Sound Bath to settle, soothe, and harmonise your energy. This is a space to reconnect with your body, your spirit, and the collective rhythm of our shared humanity, a rhythm that invites presence, connection, and transformation.

In yoga, 108 is more than a number — it symbolises spiritual completeness, universal connection, and inner alignment. Flowing through 108 rounds becomes an intentional act of devotion, one breath and one movement at a time.

💛 Please note: This offering is most supportive for those with an existing yoga practice. The sequence is dynamic and sustained — approximately 2 hours of continuous movement — and may not be suitable for yoga first-timers.
