🌬️ Join us for the signature “Release & Rebirth,”  a profound Chakra Release Breathwork Journey guided by Michael Lim. This transformative workshop invites you into a deeply somatic and emotional clearing experience, combining powerful breathwork techniques and body-based practices.

💥 In this container, you’ll be invited to safely meet and release suppressed emotions, stress and trauma stored in the body. To shift your internal responses and patterns, you must first be willing to feel, and to heal.

🔸 This session is more intense and suited for intermediate breathers & experienced meditators. Beginners are welcome, but please join mindfully.
🔸 Not suitable for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe hypertension, heart conditions, or are navigating intense depression, panic disorders, or neurodivergence.
🔸 Expect deep emotional release through breath, movement, sound, or expression — this may feel intense but is a vital part of the healing.
