You’ll ground through the senses, learn the science, and reflect on which survival states most often show up in your life. You’ll begin to map your own nervous system and understand how it has been working to protect you.
Through soul-nourishing somatic practices, vagal toning, and restorative rest, you’ll learn how to listen to your body’s signals, release tension from the places that have been holding it for years, and create new pathways for regulation and calm.
You’ll leave not only feeling lighter, but with lifelong tools you can take home to continue your healing journey, again and again.

Sarah is a certified Somatic Trauma Integration and Nervous System Healing practitioner with a lifelong journey of navigating her own challenges within the body and mind.
Through rewiring patterns and reshaping habits, she has not only restored her health but also reclaimed her mind and life — cultivating a deeply intimate relationship with her body, one that listens, responds, and heals at the cellular level.
Her work is infused with lived experiences, compassionate presence, and a belief that your body holds the wisdom to guide you home.
