This class offers a gentle, grounding practice designed to support both movement and deep rest. The session begins with a guided grounding meditation to help settle the mind and bring awareness into the body.

A short sequence of slow, sensation-led movements invites inner listening before the practice flows into a calm and steady Hatha sequence. As the pace gradually slows, the body is guided into a restorative pose, allowing the nervous system to unwind and integrate the practice.

The session concludes with a deeply relaxing sound healing during savasana, featuring soothing vibrations that invite rest, balance, and inner calm.
