You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and centered, ready to move through your day from a place of calm clarity.

We close by resting in the Sattva state which is the yogic quality of harmony, purity, and inner peace. In this state, the mind is clear, the heart is light, and your energy flows effortlessly.
