Womb Flow is a deeply nourishing yoga therapy class designed to support women in restoring hormonal balance and nervous system harmony. Through slow, fluid movements that awaken the body’s vital organs and energy channels, this practice works with specific meridians and postures that stimulate key organs and glands involved in hormonal balance, enhancing circulation, chi flow, and vitality.

Each class begins with grounding and subtle pelvic awareness, inviting you to reconnect with the wisdom and rhythm of your body. As the flow unfolds, movement becomes medicine — easing tension, calming the mind, and nurturing hormonal balance.

The class closes with a brief integration and a 15-minute sound bath, allowing the body to absorb healing vibrations and settle into deep rest and renewal.
