Beneath every adult is a child who once longed for love, safety, and understanding.

Your inner child is the keeper of your magic — the one who laughed freely, felt deeply, and loved without fear. But when that child experienced pain, rejection, or pressure to grow up too soon, parts of their light went into hiding.

This workshop is an invitation to bring them home — through presence, play, and compassion.

In this deeply experiential session, we’ll move gently between the worlds of psychology and soul, combining guided meditation, expressive movement, and somatic awareness to reconnect you with your inner child.

Dr. Shalini is a medical doctor and integrative therapist bridging science, psychology, and soul.

With a background in mental health and community healing, she weaves together inner child and past life regression therapy, somatic and emotional release work, and creative modalities like play and art to guide others back to wholeness.

Her approach is gentle yet profound — helping individuals reconnect with the wisdom of their body, the innocence of their inner child, and the timeless healing power of the soul.

🎨 Playful Reconnection Activities: simple creative exercises, music, and movement to awaken joy, spontaneity, and safety in self-expression.

💧 Emotional Release & Healing: guided visualization and gentle regression to meet and soothe younger parts of you that still hold sadness, fear, or longing.

✍️ Journaling & Reflection: soulful prompts to dialogue with your inner child — writing letters of understanding, forgiveness, and love.

💖 Reparenting Practice: learning how to hold and comfort yourself with the compassion and boundaries your younger self always needed.

This workshop is a space to cry, laugh, play, and remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
