Healing doesn’t always ask us to slow down. Sometimes, it asks us to listen.
Stress and overwhelm aren’t signs of failure — they’re signals from a nervous system doing its best to protect you.
In this next chapter of the Return to Safety workshop series, we gently explore states of nervous system activation — often felt as anxiety, urgency, irritability, or constant overthinking.
Through the lens of polyvagal theory, fight and flight responses are met with curiosity and care, not something to fix or push away.
This restorative workshop offers space to:
🍀 Understand how stress lives in the nervous system
🍀 Work with activation rather than against it
🍀 Release stored tension and excess energy
🍀 Reconnect with grounding, choice, and agency
Through nourishing somatic practices, orienting through the senses, vagal toning, rhythmic regulation, and restorative breath and rest, you’ll learn ways to support your nervous system when it feels overactivated — without forcing calm or shutting yourself down. 🪷✨
You’ll leave feeling more resourced, spacious, and supported — with tools to meet stress as it arises.
