An invitation to slow down, soften inward, and reconnect with the body through a more intentional and embodied movement practice.

This class begins with intuitive, repetitive movement patterns designed to gently unwind tension held within the fascia, helping to restore fluidity, circulation, and a deeper sense of connection within the body.

As the practice gradually slows down, we transition into breathwork and meditation to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and inner stillness. The session closes with a soothing sound bath, offering space for deep rest, integration, and calm.

Suitable for all levels and open to anyone seeking a slower, more mindful approach to movement, embodiment, and inner connection.
